Deer Lakes Swim

The memory mate is an 8x10 photo which you can choose one portrait style picture for the top and one horizontal picture for the bottom. If no picture numbers are on your order form you will receive the first Portrait style pose of your child for individual and the team photo that is in the Memory Mate shown. In addition, all photos that are "long" or have an L at the end of the picture number are 5x10's and are $8.00. If you would like to place an order and you do not have an order form just email me and I will send over a form or you may just email me your order with Picture number which is the "sw" number along with qty and size. I will email you an invoice and you can mail me your payment! Also, Melissa Schmitzer is also accepted the forms. Please try to have your orders to Melissa or me by Janurary 6, 2014. In addition, If you would like to change the title to the memory mate to something other than Deer Lakes Varsity Swimming please note that on your order form or email me that you would like a different name. Not sure what the Swimming team goes by. thanks!
